The Projects Sea 1 and Sea 2 trickles between sky and water, between different times of day. The past and the future are unknown and untouched, there is only the present as it is perceived in the mingling of water and sky.
Some of the photographs explores how far reality can be minimized, without the viewer's losing his ability to sense it. The camera turns towards the sea and the sky, the two broadest objects, which challenge the abilities of the eye and brain to measure relationships of both space and distance.
At times the horizon is a misleading line, at other times the horizon is abandon until sea and sky blend into an unified surface.
The photograph is pushed to the threshold of the abstract, without crossing over it.
